Using an oxymeter on left index finger she checked her heart rate and oxygen, it's at 99. What symptoms should we be mindful of? She said she's feeling better now, but I want to be sure

I have high pulse rate. On pulse Oxy meter it's usually on 100+ side even when I'm just sitting. Is it ok to have this high pulse rate. My heart beats rapidly even without any physical activity. What should I do ?

I m 38 yr male and from past 1.5 months feeling difficulty in breathing at times. From past 2 days having difficulty again even speaking causes exertion. Have done ECG, and plasma heparin blood test. ECG is normal, and hs TROPONIN-I (ECLIA) is less than 0.42 one doctor says angiogram required other says not required . We don't want to go for angiogram as of now. But even after 2 days there isn't much improvement.. I have a bad routine n in past had acide reflux issue ...but it was slight. Looking here for advice

Hello doctor, Here I've attached the thoracic echocardiogram report of my mother, 59 years old. She has been a patient of hyperthyroidism, elevated blood pressure for which she is taking regular medicines. One year back she was diagnosed with creatinine little higher than the normal. Currently her creatinine level is 1.55. She faces fatigue while doing household activities sometimes for which the doctor suggested for 2D echo and hereby I have attached the reports. Her other parameters are God's grace in margin. I would be highly obliged if anyone of you can kindly throw light on the report and enlighten me. Regards and gratitude.

My bp and pulse rate suddenly increase sometimes while I m sleeping . I want to know the reason . Whether I need medicine . I HV tested for ecg echo TMT and holster moniter . Lipid profile cbc and vitamin test also taken .all are come normal . Then what's the reason for bp increase suddenly during sleeping time . What to do now please suggest.
