Plz check ecg n advise

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello I am having palpitations since 2 days. Basically it feels like heart is forcefully pressing against the chest! There's a weird flip flop kind of heart beat sensation in chest.. I am aware about every beat. I had an ekg today. While having that I did feel some palpitations.. Plz check it once.... Plz note that I had echo also 2 weeks ago which was fine. On metaprol for fast heart rate since 4 months... worried about heart.. I also have bloating n gas- Usg abdomen- fatty liver stage 1... chest X-ray- fine, covid- negative..
