I am feeling chest pain after waking up in the morning. I do regular exercise for 45 minutes. The pain disappears while doing the exercise. Last year I did my TMT and ECG. TMT was negative. The ECG is attached. Is ECG normal?

From last one week I am feeling this problem latest test report attached please siuggest and advice and is any thing serious ?

Feeling very comfortable and not fit as before I am almost regular to gym and drink beer too, now triglycerides is 362 , please and it's nothing serious right and what to do do control triglycerides what precaution I should take and I even smoke too

My blood pressure is 150/80 n am using telma 40, is the right amount of dose or I should go for a lower dose. Kindly suggest. Tq

I have sudden pain near the centre of the sternum. . The duration time of pain is 5 to 10 minutes.. last 4 yrs just pain only occur.. but last night i have severe pain with sweating symptoms... Already i have severe ulcer problem.. Physically and mentally i am very stress... how can i resolve my problem? thank you

My doctor prescribed me Concor Cor 2.5 as I have arithmia prblm.. after having 2 months I have stopped dat for last 20 days... I didn't face any problem . But today evening I had 2 boil egg and had mutton 2 pc liver and 2 pc fat mutton pc. Daily I walk for 10-12 kms at evening with avg speed of 5km/hour. One year back I have gone through angiography where it was found - "Angina, Minor CAD + Minor plaque build at MID" . My cardiologist who did angiography he told me my heart is absolutely fine and he only prescribed me telma 20 + Roseday 10 and suggested me to loose weight as I was 108 kgs dat time ...I stopped dose medicine after 6 months as I lost 24 kgs and lipid profile normal till now and normal pressure. Today m feeling short of breath and high pulse avg 100 when m lying on bed for 3 hrs. Concor Cor 2.5 suggested only one tab at 10am..after taking dat I found my BP falls to 60/100.dats why stopped after 2 months.. Can I take dis only when I feel high pulse irrespective of time ?

Hello Doctor, I'm 33 years old male. I have high cholesterol close 280 three months back. But I'm not diabetic. My general physician suggested me to start taking Rosuvastatin 5mg. I check my cholestol after an month of statin therapy, the levels were under control. Again I checked it after 2 months of statin therapy. It was under control. And for your information I was overweight. BMI was close to 30. But in these 3 months I started dieting. And also walking 30 mins a day. Reduced my weight around 5 kilos. And also reduced the amount of food intake. Completely avoided junk food, mutton and all. Also an additional information is my dad had an open heart surgery when he was 63. He was diabetic since he was 35. Which means I have a family history. My question is. Is it safe for me to stop this Rosuvastatin 5mg (Lipirose) and keep focusing on diet and lifestyle modifications. Bcoz I wake up with headache everyday, also have got sore back in these 3 months. Kindly advice.

My friend age 31 has very high cholesterol since 2 months . Before that high cholesterol for 1 month and borderline high for 1 month. Doctor didn't told to do echo? Is there any risk for coronary arteries diease?? He is on good diet but too much stress in the recent days. Is cholesterol increasing due to stress?
