My mother aged about 70 takes the following medicines Stamlo 5 ( once a day) Pradaxa110 ( twice a day) Levipil 500 ( twice a day) Trajenta ( once) Obimet sr500 ( once) Tonact 10 ( once) Shelcal ct ( once) Can she continue with these medicines and get vaccinated ..she is diabetic and has atrial fibrillation

My husband is 39yrs old.He is heart ,bp,thyroid and sugar patient, he has been diagonsed with covid on 28th feb now he his having after effect of covid.His knees ,calves and thighs has stiffened. His pulse rate is 107.I want to know is this Pulse rate normal or is it because of blood clotting.He is taking omnacortil 5mg twice,Ecosprin 75mg once and Brillinta 90mg twice as blood thinner.Should he take any other blood thinner. Kindly advice.

Hello doctor, Attached my mother recent report of eco and engiography. Doctor first suggest for medicine treatment and also suggest for surgery. She is diabatic and low bp now which is now ok. She faint and low bp sometime. Kindly gave the best advice to look forward considering age nd 10+ yr diabatic condition. Her internal valve looks shrink. We want to avoid surgery. Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, Iam using BP tab olmezest h20. Iam using automated bp monitor it is calibrated. During my first reading iam very nervous and anxious that shows little bit high. After 1 minute iam take 2 reading that shows very normal. Same 3 reading shows very normal. Which reading should be considered. Pls suggest. 1 reading 137/86 (very anxious.) 2 reading 120/76 3 reading 115/75 After 1 reading iam very free and anxiety free state. Regards.

I am having pain in my chest for 2-3 days . First of all pain is happening when I move chest , but now continue mild pain is there. I have done my ECG which is normal, but pain is there. Doctor has given two injections one of ranitac and second is of pain, but still I am having pain . Doctor has suggested to do chest X ray . I am noticing that after eating I am feeling pain. I checked my mother blood pressure and it was 126/66 68 pulse . She's having headache and she had breakfast but she feels too salty even we all had breakfast and the salt was not that much. What is the reason what what should we do in this condition?
