Resting heart beat 80-90
My wife's resting heartbeat is always 80+, I read and understood that normal range is between 60-100, but is it normal to have 80+ through out the day? I measured using a fitness tracker (fitbit versa).

It's normal but my advice is not to believe in fitness trackers for heart rate monitoring. Nowadays it's easy to have a pulse oximeter at home and measure.
