Metoprolol 25 mg x 2, BD
I am suffering from hypertension (very high blood pressure). Can I take Metoprolol 25 mg x 2 tablets twice daily instead of Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg twice daily?

Yes u can But May I know y beta blocker as 1st line drug for HTN at age of 63 ?? Watz ur BP reading ?? R u monitoring it at home ?
