Mere 1 month pahle baby hua h Mujhe heart valve me leakage h mild..but abhi mere chest me pain h halka sa left side me ...but thik bhi ho gya h ..aur vapus ho rha h ..mujhe kya karna chaiye

I have chest n throat pressure since 5 days... my heart feels crushed and suffocated... all this @ rest or minimal exertion.. I read that if these symptoms occur at this level it implies atleast 80-90% blockage but how it's possible at only 21 age? I had tmt in March 2019 n September 2020- negative and echo in January 2020- normal... I have some dysbiosis in gut area- bad bacterial overgrowth... shall I get stress echo done or go to nutritional expert ?

My father's total cholesterol is 215, LDL cholesterol direct is 135 and non HDL cholesterol is 167.5 which are not within noal range. Does he require medication? If so with which one which should he start. His Lipoprotein (A) is 7.8 which is normal.

My mother is facing some heart issues after complete checkup doctor told me to undergo surgery to my mom for closing the hole in the heart surgery is only the option we don't have Any other option she is 47years old I have the report off the TEE test and echo test I can visit the doctor directly also I don't want to take risk by doing surgery to my mom can any one have any other suggestions

D-Dimer value is increasing rapidly post covid -19 but some doc says its normal some says it not. The range should be within 500 ..but it has reached 900. My dad was in quarantine for almost 25 days,post that he was discharged from hospital. But the D-Dimer keeps increasing. Can someone please suggest , how this can be kept in control Please suggest what should be done? I am very much worried about this. He is well now , does not have cold ,cough or any other covid symptoms

Dear doctor.. I was diagnosed with hypertension in 2017...From 2017 till last month I have taken medicine for bp...My bp was in control... In the month of October I have done my general check up ...I have attached report... I was diagnosed with Fatty liver grade 2... My SGPT level was 117, today after I checked again after three months of taken saroglitazor... Today sgpt level is -50...My fibroscan test was normal in the month of Oct 2020.. ... Now after today I got my lipid profile result I am suprised to see my report as my cholesterol ratio drastically increased...my ldl level increased...my hdl decreased... Is it very dangerous level?? Is this report is very bad report? I am very much tensed ... Attached is both the report..one(three months earlier) and another (today).. Plz suggest... Now I am not taking any bp medicine from last 1 month after consulting local doctor...As my bp was decreased 108/65... Today I checked bp it is 120/80.. I am doing yoga... doing morning walk ...

I have constriction on radial pulse vessels so it whole flow go to the different vessels.. hence radial pulse vessels as it is constricted the blood goes through this is too slow .. not able to feel by doctor he gave me nebivolol 2.5 mg does this helps me to cure this sir ..and i have a doubt regarding this is as i have this poor blood flow through radial pulse does this affect the blood requirements of lungs and other organs . As i havr frequency of hert palapitation is for almost whole day for 20 yrs .and always sleepy

Greetings dr,my father has just undergone  implant on 4 jan 2021, dual chamber pacemaker,since then he is constantly getting unwanted noise in ears,nd its making him irritating,what should we do,implant dr says pacemaker has nothing to do with it.

Breathless when climbing stairs but fine when walking on plain ground so done 2d echo and tredmill test both were normal what to do? And can pulmonary embloism can be detected in echo?
