Hi team - my mother in law was feeling a pain in the chest area, we have consulted a nearby cardiologist. He suggested a echo and ecg scan and as per the post scan impressions, he suggested tablets for 3 months.I have gone through the report, I don't get any clarity or complexity of the issue.i am looking for a second opinion and a detailed root cause and solution for this issue.How can I proceed further.please help. I have attached the echo summary.

When I get tension both shoulders are paining till wrist. And felling heavy in chest and little bit pain

I suffer from left-sided chest discomfort radiating to left arm and left upper back.. I also get Lower jaw and throat tightness.. the left one symptoms used to occur in December... responsded well to muscle relaxant n painkillers but the course affected my gastric system n I started getting throat suffocation.. ent said the area behind tongue shows typical LPR reflux signs... plz suggest me what to do? Is it heart or non heart? I had 4 ecg done in janauary alone

Attached the recent lipid profile report. From the past 4 years,I have gone through the lipid profile test for every 6 months. And my cholesterol level is in similar range as in the attached report. It is not coming down. Do I need to start the medication? I don't do any exercise daily. Is there any chance that the cholesterol come down if I start exercising?

Hello Dr My recent report says that my Serum Cholesterol is 217, non hdl cholesterol is 170, LDL cholesterol 141 and ratio is 4.6. Rest under limits Above report was done immediately after  having medicine for 4 months Pl suggest how to control this and if i need to continue with medicine I was taking something called Rosario

Can u tell me role of HS- crp in atherosclerosis? Does it indicate the early stages of the coronary disease? If a person have had Silent heart attack in past then wud HS- crp level stay normal or rise? And if 1.12 hs crp for a young Male poses risk..

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam using BP Tab olmezest h20. Iam taking my BP reading by automated bp monitor at Home. My first reading always higher than later readings due to anxiety and nervous. Which bp reading should be considered in my case. Pls suggest. Example 1 Reading 135/84 2 Reading 120/75 3 Reading 115/76 Regards.
