I m taking telmakind amh since 1.5 years ... My bp fluctuation  130 / 80 to 150 / 80 ..now   my weight is 95 and 165 cm ... .. previous it's ws 115 Now I want to join gym ... Can I do weight workouts ?

Hello I am having palpitations since 2 days. Basically it feels like heart is forcefully pressing against the chest! There's a weird flip flop kind of heart beat sensation in chest..
