Hello Doctor, My father aged 65years, was Covid19 positive back in September 2019. Two days back, he has undergone master health check up for any side effects of the Covid19 treatment. And his TMT test came out Positive for Exercise Induced Ischemia. He doesn't smoke, he doesn't have any other problems like BP or Sugar.He is physically very active. All other tests like ECG, 2D Echo came out normal and his LDL is at 99. I would like to understand what could be the reason for positive TMT report and what should be the next step for us. Please advise on this issue. Thanks.

Hi, I have been having chest pain in the left side of chest that happens multiple times per day since last August. It lasts only for 2-3 seconds and it feels like a spasm. I have taken multiple ecgs and the report shows all as st segment depression and t wave abnormality. I have taken echo and stress test and they are normal except for the t wave inversions. I even went through ct angiogram and the report was normal and the calcium score was 0. But the ecg is always abnormal. The chest pain goes off for few days and then happens again. Can this still be cardiac related?

Iam suffered from panic and anxiety from 6months .From today morning I have shooting pain on left foot pain (upper area ) not constant sometimes comes and goes . Is this related to heart . Today morning I have a conflict with a related person after that this occur . Is any problem ?

Sir, a week back my father had chest pain and angiogram done. I went for few doctors opinion.. Out 4, 3 doctors said bypass need to be done and one said stent can be done.. Here my father vessel is narrowed and had blocks, doctors said.. Now I am in dailoma whether to go for bypass or stent or medical treatment. At the age of 72 .. If I go for bypass, will it be a good for him.will he recover normal with out any side effects and about morality rate. . He doesn't have any other problem except BP.. Seeking for advise.. Hi team - my mother in law was feeling a pain in the chest area, we have consulted a nearby cardiologist. He suggested a echo and ecg scan and as per the post scan impressions, he suggested tablets for 3 months.I have gone through the report, I don't get any clarity or complexity of the issue.i am looking for a second opinion and a detailed root cause and solution for this issue.How can I proceed further.please help. Sir, I am male. Age 44 years. No diabetes.My Hdl cholesterol is 31. Rest all parameters in lipid profile including ldl [80],triglycerides[95],total cholesterol,vldl are below normal range. I am walking one hour daily. Please tell me how to improve hdl cholesterol to at least 40.
