Hi I have been suffering from upper back just back of breast till neck area and too much at the left side since 6 months .I will have this pain so much in the morning and also when iam sitting or doing work when I lay on bed I don't find that much pain.sometimes I am having pain in my left breast the pain coming and going. From few days iam feeling pain and discomfort if I shout Is it related something to heart? In Aug I did hrct to rule out covid I was not having covid but it showed bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology I did nt pro bnp which is normal Cbp crp lipid vit b12 thyroid serum creatinine serum uric acid serum aec lft all are normal Except vit d3 which is 15 and iam on the supplement since January. Is it related to heart or what?I did eeg also which also is normal Plz help me out thank you .f27

I am having pain in left side of chest for 3-4 days . I have conducted my ECG two times which is normal. I have conducted my chest X ray, CRP test, tronin I test also which is normal. But I am having pain in my chest . Doctor has prescribed pantonid 40, reknac sr and sucrafil o gel syrup. Kindly diagnose

My father had undergone angiogram in 2018 september and was diagnosed with mild CAD .. he was given met xl 12.5 initially and after that he has unde surgery for a liver cyst in December 2018.. since then he was put on prolomet 12.5 mg tablet .. he has some little anxiety issue so anxit 0.25 is given at night time... I need a suggestion it has almost 6 months I showed to his cardiologist due to this pandemic ..pls I need suggestions regarding gis medication ..should I continue with prolomet and anxit or v need to change ??

Is it ok for people with atrial fibrillation on anti coagulant like pradaxa 110 to take the covid shots?

My mother aged about 70 takes the following medicines Stamlo 5 ( once a day) Pradaxa110 ( twice a day) Levipil 500 ( twice a day) Trajenta ( once) Obimet sr500 ( once) Tonact 10 ( once) Shelcal ct ( once) Can she continue with these medicines and get vaccinated ..she is diabetic and has atrial fibrillation

My husband is 39yrs old.He is heart ,bp,thyroid and sugar patient, he has been diagonsed with covid on 28th feb now he his having after effect of covid.His knees ,calves and thighs has stiffened. His pulse rate is 107.I want to know is this Pulse rate normal or is it because of blood clotting.He is taking omnacortil 5mg twice,Ecosprin 75mg once and Brillinta 90mg twice as blood thinner.Should he take any other blood thinner. Kindly advice.

Hello doctor, Attached my mother recent report of eco and engiography. Doctor first suggest for medicine treatment and also suggest for surgery. She is diabatic and low bp now which is now ok. She faint and low bp sometime. Kindly gave the best advice to look forward considering age nd 10+ yr diabatic condition. Her internal valve looks shrink. We want to avoid surgery. Let us now the life expectancy at this stage. Thanks Zafar
