Does nstemi and unstable angina show anything in ekg, like st depression or anything. Does heart attack (stemi /nstemi) symptoms go away with rest and come back until proper treatment. Kindly reply in detail

My mother have a pulse rate varing 53 to 62 throughout the day with average of around 56 since few years. She have hypertension and is taking telmesartan + amlodipine (40mg + 5 mg), respectively for 3 years as of now. Since last week, she had frequent nosebleeds with the very first incident which started when her bp was 180/110. An ECG was done after a weak on Dr. Suggestion which is attached as an image for reference. Kindly check and share if the report is fine. I also want to know why her pulse remains so low? were the nose bleeds associated with bp? Can there be any health risk to her? If so, then what risk is she having and what should be done? what else steps should be taken?

These are my reports please explain is there anything abnormal in this. Iam taking telma 40 mg & sugamet 500 mg tablets.

Background- 2 yr back CT Coronary scan normal with no blockage. Recent 2D eco and ECG normal Cholesterol was 210 six month back but now it's normal with rose day f10. Reduce weight from 77 to 65 kg with low carbs diet. No history of heart disease in parent's side. No smoking Occasionally non veg and drinking Cervical C7 bone enlarged slightly in X-ray Complains Left chest dull pain and also on left shoulder and it's on and off. Pain doesn't increase on walking Kindly advise should I go for CT coronary scan again as I am worried on this and not eating oil at all.

I have discomfort and pressure in my chest from 3-4 days  .. I monitored my pulse rate from last night it's not constant 95, 74 56 , 87 were the beats per mins I haven't done any physical activity .. and I can feel the fast blood flow in my body .. from last night my shoulders started paining , have gidiness as well, and Iam not able to take complete breath naturally .

Hi, i got ECG test done yesterday as i was feeling slight pain and discomfort. Attached is the graph It says Sinus Bradycardia but i believe that is due to exercise as i workout in the gym. Is the ECG normal? What should I do?

I have undergone open heart surgery in 2009 and right i am having pain in left side of upper back .Is it something serious ? While touching that side of back burning occurs and some goosebumps type of things are there

Pain in left chest and upper left shoulder. ECG was normal! Cholesterol and Thyroid levels are normal

Whta if comes synus tycchradia and non specific t wave abnormality in ecg when done 2 When done 3 weeks ago ecg and echo were normal
