Heart Problems & Remedies

I used to have joundice, anything i eat or drink I belch. Even in early morning I belch. Sometime my upper side of left side chest pain very mild pain. Sometime in my upper left back side pain and sometime left arm pain but pain comes and goes. Most of the time when my chest pains I belch and pain gone. I started talking Sorbiline syrup, pan 40, udiliv 300 for 30 days. Then I had a common cold, I took amoxicillin for 10 days. Now taking Sorbiline syrup, pan 40 and after ecg I have started taking ecosprin av 75. While doing ecg I got nervous and my pulse gone up. Still now I am having pain in my chest thats comes and go. And belching any time. Sometime nose running and difficulty in breathing for few seconds. Please see my Ecg report and advise me what should I do. General physician said Ecg is normal, but I am still worried because after taking ecosprin av 75 I still have pain that comes and goes. Mostly when I sit. I feel pressure on chest. But while working no pain at all.

Hi My friend is 29 years old and as part of annual heart checkup consulted with a cardiologist, who suggested ECG, Echocardiogram, CBC, Lipid-profile, Creatinine tests (reports & prescriptions attached). The reports suggest a mild Apical Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. The doctor has recommended T.Prolomet XL 12.5mg daily for next 6months to lower the heart rate. He was diagnosed with HCM several years back - took Inderal-10 for few years (around 15years back) but stopped the medication on recommendation of reputed cardiologists (consulted 6 and 3years back). Currently he is not on any meds. So he wanted to check if he should be starting on T.Promolet. Also, are there any side effects and is it something that once he starts taking needs to continue for life. Please suggest on what is the right decision. Regards.

His ecg & blood reports are ok, yet his pressure rises above 200/105 very frequently. He takes complete precautions like no sugar & salt, lite food. Is there any additional test we can do?

Dear Doctor Every year I do a body check up.. In 2019 November I went to Narayana Hrudyalaya Bangalore...where I did all test ..My ECG ,Echo all came normal... Cholesterol leavel also almost normal.. But last month I repeat cholesterol test . Result came as Total cholesterol-180,Trygliceride-130 HDL-15 Direct LDL-137 Non HDl-165 Now from few days I am feeling discomfort in my arms and  sometime in neck(last few seconds) I am fearing heart attack. Bp is 128/80. Taking bp medicine from last 4years... Kindly suggest me... In 2017 I did Hotler test, Ambulatory test also...both came normal ..In 2019 November ECHO and Ecg which came normal... Is there anything serious?? Should I repeat echo ? Is there any need for angiogram? I am in fear... kindly suggest me

I had an ECG day before yesterday and I got my report today. The Doctor In The Comments Area Has Mentioned In The Report Inferior Wall IHD (2). Does it mean that I have been diagnosed with it?
