I have left arm and shoulder pain since last 5 days , pain is mild , i have done ECG and its normal , the report attached with the concern

Having GERD for past one year, diabetes for last 3 years.having anxiety many years.had chest pain, congestion, heart burn one year back, did echo and ecg it was normal.now I am having symptoms like stomach burning,dizzy feeling especially after and before good, mostly in the evening.feeling tired. recently I took echo and ecg, GP told it is fine, and the cardiologist who took echo also said, it is fine. But ef value is 78, is this normal ? Currently I am taking siddha medicine for GERD and diabetes

I have pins on my chest and little pain and my ecg is okh I have attached to it and done with basic test and suffering from vitamin b12 and d deficiency and pain is more like coming from upper side not from bottom ?? Do I need more test or just a anxiety pain ?

I consulted a doctor nearly 25 days ago from now as I was having a little pain on the upper left side of the chest after doing intense cardio vascular exercises for 1month. My blood pressure was 148/80 and pulse rate was around 80. He gave me some medicines for anxiety issues. I smoke 1-2 ciggerates a day. So I stopped smoking for 20 days, continued my prescribed medications and did some meditation and little yoga. No more intense cardiovascular exercises until now. I was back in my normal healthy state. But I am walking for around 3-4kms a day to stay fit since last week. I am facing some issues with my heart now. Sometimes I feel a little burn on my left side of chest. Sometimes I can hear my heartbeat and feel heavy on this side of chest. Also, I was a state level swimmer for consecutive 4years until 15years of my age (class 11). I suffered from high blood pressure before my boards (12th) which got normal in few days. Please, help me I want to be fit & live my life normally.

I have little pain in chest everyday the pain in at upper side at point I have added the pic of it point it and this pain sometimes radiates to shoulder I always sleep on my chest is that the reason I have done basic test and tets say I have low level of b12 and d3 and I got my ecg which say all normal Iam really concerned why is itching and paining I have acidity problem is that the reason Or something else and And my pain increase when I press that point Or when I strech my chest What is this and I have no History of family heart problems?

My father 73 years old his 2Decho report says LVEF 50 percent, no MR no TR , paradoxical IVS . How critical it and and how it can be improved. Any further investigation required?

Iam 21 year male I have I mild chest pain every day when Iam at certain positions that pain feel like in muscles itching type and which also feel at back upper side iam fear that it could be a heart attack I am done with my ecg and report are normal ?? What should I do ?? My itching occur when I am sleep position and uper back pain ??

My mother had heart attak in january. She ws having  4 Blokeages. 3 stents have been put. Another one ws so thin in that stent cannot be inserted. Doctor said that it is ok in the tablets only block wil clear. Please suggest anything for this. Is it ok with the tablets?

Ever since lockdown started with loose stools a day and severe anxiety with chest pain then and there. Got all tests done with normal cholesterol, blood sugar and triglycerides alone quite high (234). ECG also was normal and doctor told it's purely anxiety. He prescribed ciplar 40 half in night and etizolam 0.25 at morning. I stopped it in a week. Again now getting anxious, fatigue and chest pain. I'm really worried. Getting hot flashes then and there. Sometimes TMJ kind of jaw pain. Really can't rest. Please help me shall I again continue ciplar 40. I feel like I'll get heart attack.
