Total cholesterol- 193
HDL- 149
LDL- 127
Fasting glucose- 117
What precautions I have to take? Though I am not suffering from any heart disease right now. But hypertension and on medication. HbA1c ranges from 6.2 to 6.8

Weird feeling in chest and hand leftside
Hi from 2 days, I am having a weird feeling in my chest and hand on left side. It feels like some form of stretch or sometimes a burning sensation. I had taken chest xray and ecg few months earlier and they were both ok. Can someone suggest what the problem looks like and what should I do?
