  4. Chest pain. Pain goes immidiatly.

Chest pain
This can be start from 20 days before.when I walk some distance I got a cramp in my right side lower chest and after that feeling crampy pain or dull pain when I walk also pain feels when I move my body or take a deep breath but as I stop walking pain goes immidiatly.This pain is localised pain I do chest x ray and sonography but its normal what is the problem please help me guys

Hey Please get ECG done and if it is normal then please consult It can be simple muscular pain
