Just done blood test and found PDW is 8.8 while their reference range is 9.0-17.0 Is there anything to be concerned of and what does PDW low leads to. Is further medical test required,if so what test ?

I was first daignosed with hypertension 18 months back with 180/100 ...At that time my BMI was 42.2 my ecg was normal ..chest xray also was normal  ..my lipid profile was normal with borderline  ... Blood sugar was 75...and thyroid test was negative ... Somehow in 8 months I manage to drop 20 kg ...one doctor suggest me some medicine with telmikind amh regular basis ..since 4 months  then my bp varies between 130/90 ..when I feel diziness I use stugeron ... My two days before I feel dizziness and unwell so I checked my bp... It was 154 / 80 ... I am very much worried about my life ... In such a young age I. Suffering from this hypertension... Pls suggest me how to get rid of this hypertension

Hello, i have high triglycerides of 603, Total cholesterol, ldl, hdl are in normal range. Only triglycerides are very high. Wat medication is to take? Heart beat is always above 100 to 116, Can high triglycerides cause high heart beat ?

Today I was feeling bit unwell so got ecg done... machine interpretations is- normal sinus Rhytm... possible left atrial enlargement Borderline ecg...I had an echo in January where my left atria dimension was 3.5 cm.. n aortic root- 3 cm... are dese enlarged numbers? My mom aged 59 yrs was diagnosed with Rheumatic fever 30 yrs back and taken penicillin inj for 10 yrs during 1990's year .. And she had seronegative Arthritis 10 yrs back . She is fit and Non Diabetic and Non BP . Now she had complained about Chest pain & Chest Heavyness frequently . So ECG & ECHO done all reports are normal . Then now also she compliants  about pain during Hiccups , snoring etc . Attached Reports . Please do the needful .. Thanks ,

Can u suggest me, which is the best stent company and process (whether bare metal stent or drug eluting stent)

I AM CHEST PAIN FROM LAST 5MONTH ANY TIME IN A DAY NOT WHOLE DAY. I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND THE CAUSE OF CHEST PAIN I DID ALL MY ECG ECHO TMT LIPID BUT ALL TEST ARE NORMAL. I DONT HAVE GASTRIC OR ACIDITY ISSUE. ALSO PAIN DO NOT ARISE AT A PARTICULAR TIME IT ARISES ANYTIME AND GOES AWAY AFYER SOME TIME...ITS SHARP PAIN SOMETIMES IN MIDDLE OF CHEST SOMETIMES LEFT PART AND SOMETIME LEFT HAND SOMETIMES BACK...BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT OCCURS ON LEFT SIDE OF CHEST. PLEASE HELP ME I FEEL ANXIOUS WHEN IT OCCURS

Is it ok to lift weights or join a gym if you have high bp and currently under medication? With everything else normal.
