She is taking Jardiance 25, Diamicron MR, Janumet 50/500, Ivabrad 5, HCQS 200, Rozavel 5. Wanted to know which vaccines is better and safe for her Covaxin or Covishield?

Hlo! I want to know if I need ecg or not? So I am having terrible left shoulder pain n also arm pain.. my chest feels heavy n crushing like... I had such similar pain in January when I had to go to ER- ecg, trop, echo done all normal... and even NOW latest ecg was 2 weeks ago only I have been eating bad since past 3/4 days Worried about getting heart attack!!! I was diagnosed with COVID (corad 5 with pneumonia) in lungs.. since then I have chest pain and that radiates to my upper back.. my spo2 levels are 96-99.. I keep taking deep breaths.. I have done ecg and 2d echo back in September and it came normal. Since two days my chest pain has increased and feel mild pressure in the center of the chest and urge to take deep breaths.. no other symptoms than these.. I can feel my heart beat which is not fast or irregular.. took an ecg today but doc did not say anything and advised for HRCT chest.. please advise.
