Can someone guide me following things -- 1. What is the BP range for our age group( Male, 30-40) ? 2. What value is been considered as normal, elevated, high and emergency? 3. How to measure BP at home? At what frequency , I mean how many days of interval? 4. What time we should measure it? 5. When to visit a doctor? 6. If anytime one finds BP values higher than normal but no symptom then what to do? 7. When to worry, when not to? 8. Lastly , when to start a medicine, I mean at which stage? How do I understand? Sir, I have Mitral valve prolapse which was first diagnosed when I was 18 years old but there is no regurgitation of blood as per the Echo cardiogram report. Now I am 50 years old. I have again tested about 8 years back and the Doctor opined that it is of not much concern. Kindly let me know whether I have to report this while getting vaccinated for Covid 19. My dad have got a heart surgery ( Angioplasty) on 23th March as he had a heart attack ( very mild) and one arteries was blocked . He was not able to breathe properly so doctor have kept him on NIV machine to breathe , and some time on oxygen cylinder . It's has been almost 6 days his condition is not improve . He have shortage of the breath and now the doctor is saying he have got a lung infection ( pneumonia) that's why he is not able to recovery quickly . Can you please help me it's this very common . Or should o consult a new doctor

I am taking taking telma 80 but my bp remains at 150/95 with little blur vision. If I take telma 80 H my bp comes down to 120/80 but with severe side effects especially blur vision.

Can a patient who recently had stents installed in LAD arteries take nicotine gums/skin patches? He is an avid smoker who had a heart surgery due to calcium depositition and arterial blockage. Iam taking anti hypertension drugs. Iam taking 3 readings at a single row that means each time I take 3 readings. First reading shows little bit high, 2 and 3 reading shows normal. Which reading should be taken highest or lowest. During first reading iam very anxious. Ex: 1 reading 130/86 2 reading 120/80 3 reading 115/78 Bp monitor is calibrated.Test with other patients but it shows all readings all closer but my situation they shows like same as above .
