Hi Doctor, Echo showed Concentric LVH (attaching reports) Echo done has had seen high BP in 140/90 ranges. Prescribed Tazloc 20 ( as Tazloc 40 CT caused dizziness) 35 Y Female, is it necessary that other organs should be affected before BP affects heart? ( Like kidney, eyes?) Also nose seems blocked at night on some days from few weeks, is that a symptom of Concentric LVH? How soon is Concentric LVH reversible, is it a possibility of operator related error in the Echo?

Hello doctor, I'm a recovered Covid patient having occasional palpitation for which doctor asked me to get ECG, 2D Echo and 24 hours Holter monitoring to be done. I've completed my ECG and Echo the reports of which I've attached here and today I'm on 24 hours Holter monitoring. My question was while the Holter machine is fitted on my body do I need to stay at home and observe myself or I can continue my regular daily life such as going office, attending meetings, driving,etc. If it's like that I can continue my daily routine, is it mandatory or I can stay back at home as an option? My father is having Tazloc 80,Amlodipine and Ecospirin. He has hypertension. Today we saw swelling in his feets.. Is this due to the medication like Amlodipine?

I am 22 yrs old i am having chest pain like needle poking in right chest and it goes after few sec it happen from few days And feeling like my heart skips a beat what was the problem

After recovering from corona I constantly feel fast heartbeat.Though my ecg and echo test shows normal findings.But the trademil test shows an abnormal heartbeat.I am taking the medication but got no relief.Sometimes I feel pain in my chest also.On 2nd of September My corona test came positive and on 14th of September I became negative .Although earlier I had been a lot of mental stress for about 1 and half years due to some personal family issues.I am married and mother of 2 year old.
