Hello I am having palpitations since 2 days. Basically it feels like heart is forcefully pressing against the chest! There's a weird flip flop kind of heart beat sensation in chest.. Taking nebovililol 5mg tablet for last one week for anxious and high bp... often feeling light dizziness and weak with no proper sleep as well after starting this tablet ....kindly advise
