Wired feeling in chest it is not pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am 23 yes old planning for UK education from 1 month from last 1 week I am getting different feeling in chest the feeling is wired not pain I don't have any changes in body I can breathe like normal I am eating same quantity of food like before, I can sleep well , I won't smoke drink, no non veg what Is the reason for this ?
