What type of arobic excercise allowed to me for controlling weight. Is rope skipping allowed {in 1 hour ,1000 times skipping allowed}

It started as light chest pain with occasional two three times a year a couple years back but now it is almost frequent pains, sometimes throbbing. Since, I suffer from hypertension and on medication so difficulty in breathing is something I am used to but it has increased lately. My bp, sugar, and pulse are all normal on measuring.

My brother was diagnosed as a covid positive, He is in home isolation from 15 days. Chest Severity Score was 13/25. FABIFLU, DOXYCYCLINE, IVERMECTIN ,PULMOCLEAR was taken for 1st five days,and thereafter ezythromycin 500,Rapitus Cough Syrup, Vitamin C and multivitamin was taken for next five days. Please tell what to do next as my brother is still having little bit dry cough problem. Can he take covishield vaccine? My mother was also covid positive after taking first dose of vaccination, she had recovered, whether she can take 2nd dose of vaccination or not?

I have hypothyroidism 8.51 haemoglobin 10.2 ,pulse rate 110 more than 100 , blood presure 118/75. I am having very light  stomach Stomach ache and chest pain too. Please guide how to lower pulse rate and keep it balanced. Medicines I take are thyroxine 50 MCG once a day in the morning, shell cal and bizfer XT iron and calcium tabs.

Hi Doc I would like to know the difference of medication affect of Ecosprin AV75/10 and ecosprin av 75/20. For last 10days as per 1st cardio consultation my mom has been taking ecosprin av 75/10. However, second consultation with another doc suggested she should have ecosprin ac 75/20 which she just started taking today. I would like to know the difference and affect of these two different medicine? Will Changing the medication from 75/10 to 75/20 can have adverse affect? Thanks

My husband 46 years has recently recovered from covid at home only, do suggest if any post covid recovery treatment is to be given as heard that blood thinners are to be taken though not sure if applicable for all.

Me and wife (Age 35 years both) had mild symptoms and has been recovered from Covid.( Already 3 weeks over with Negative report). We never took Aspirin or any other blood thinners during out covid medication. I would like to ask if we should take blood thinner post covid recovery? Thanks for any suggestions/ Guidance

Their is lite continues pain in left side chest. And some times in shoulder and left side of chest also. (Most of the time in left side ) When i was in some work its not happening. When i sleep and sit i am observing the same. Recently i was effected with covid. Now became -ve 7 days back. And little tense also on my health for considering current situation in the country. FYI Last 7 months back i went to some cardiologist he did TMT, ECG all r normal reports.
