Hello doctor It has recently been identified that my mom is currently having LVEF 30% and according to the doctors (in the hospital where she was admitted) this rate is quite critical and angio is not even be fruitful in this situation. My mother is a diabetic patient (DM Type-II) with  cholesterol. She has recently undergone the treatment for pleural effusion, in fact after this treatment we got to know about the LVEF. We have consulted with a cardiologist and he has suggested Vymada 50 with few other medicines as well. Which should be the necessary precautions that my mother has to abide by including daily lifestyle and foods? Which foods and deeds have to be strictly avoided? Thank you.

Feeling shortness of breath only one day

Hello Doctor, My age is 30, only on 1 day at night i feel shortness of breath despite breathing and wake up suddenly and sit down on chair. I have monitored my oxygen level and it shows 99 to 100. My BP is 110/77, pulse rate - 70 to 77. I don't have any issues like chest pain, body pain, feeling tired or dizziness during jogging, running or normal walking but I am concern why it is happened and I have heard that shortness of breath is related to heart. I have never experience shortness of breath but on that single day it was frightening. Please advice.

High BP and light chest pain

I have been diagnosed with hypertension and I have family history of the same with my both parents. I was advised to take Amlopine-5 once a day regularly as my BP was noted as 150/90~160/110. Now after regular consumption of this tablet my family doctor shared that my BP is normal with 140/90. Is that normal BP or should I take some other medications? Moreover lately I have noticed a very light few seconds lasting chest pain. Not sure if it is due to heart or what but appreciate if someone guides on next steps.
