What is best time to take antihypertensive medications, I was taking telmisartan 40+ cholothalidone 6.25 . But when my bp rise  to 180/100 doctor added amlodepin 5mg to the above combination and after taking for nearly 2 months my bp is now 140/80 should I stop taking amlodepin 5mg or reduce it 2.5 mg pls advise my age is 65 and also I have type 2 diabetes for 20 yrs

My father has mild cardiac attack in 2000 and he is using aten asprin and tonact medicines since then. He had anjeogram done at that time. Now that he is going for covid vaccination i have two doubts, can he take any of this vaccine available and if yes can he take medicines which he use on the day of vaccination ?

I take oha & statin regularly. I feel left shoulder & arm discomfort,mild discomfort in breathing only from emotional stress.My tmt is positive but ct coronary is normal. Doctor prescribes betablocker assuming angina related issue. But it doesn't help me lot. Now i am taking sretralin25 daily. I am now fine ie most of the symptoms free. Does it prove that it was anaxity related? Can i stop now beta blockers as it causes low bp?

My aunt has recently undergone angioplasty and Stent was placed to LAD on 16/2/2021 she is using the following medicines 1. Ticavic 90mg 2. Timizid Mr  35mg 3. Ecosprin 75mg 4. Thyonorm 50mg 5. Metostartan 40/25 6. Zomelis met 50/500 7. Gluconorm sr 500 8. Rosuvos 10mg Is it safe for her to take vaccine as only one month has been over since angioplasty and stent Thanks in advance

Iam using anti hyper tension drug olmezest h20, Iam taking blood pressure by automated bp monitor at home. Always my first reading is higher than later readings due to anxiety and excitement Second reading is lower than first, Third reading is lower than second reading. Which reading should be considered? For ex: 1 reading 135/85 2 reading 120/78 3 reading 115/75 4 reading 115/74. Pls suggest.
