Palpitations and feeling pulse in body
I was covid positive on 12 April.. It was very mild and without much problem other than smell loss(which came back after 10 days).. But since 8-10 days ago I am having this uneasy feeling in my body.. I guess it's like heart palpitations, I m not sure..it's like I can feel heartbeat in stomach, neck and my whole body is pumping.. It goes away for sometime when I m distracted..But comes back when I m trying to relax.. And if I focus on that, my heart starts beating rapidly, which calms down after a while.. It's making me uncomfortable and sometimes it makes me scared and anxious

There a reports of increased heart beat post covid . There are reports that covid virus can localise in sympathetic ganglions, which might be one of the reasons . Your symptoms occur only when you relax seems likely to be due to anxiety. You can take anxiolytics
