I am having pain in my chest for 2-3 days . First of all pain is happening when I move chest , but now continue mild pain is there. I have done my ECG which is normal, but pain is there. Doctor has given two injections one of ranitac and second is of pain, but still I am having pain . Doctor has suggested to do chest X ray . I am noticing that after eating I am feeling pain. Kindly diagnose

Hello.. i am prediabetic hypertensive.. still taking Olkem beta 50. Doctor prescribed metformin 250 SR. HbA1c is 6.2. Rosuvas 20 , Thyronorm 50 mcg. I am worried about hypoglycemia.can i take metformin 250 ?
