My wife was diagnosed with covid a week back and was normal. However she reported pain in heart from evening. Please advise

Hello Doctor! Trust you're doing well. **Doctor, My Father had a bypass surgery in 2002. He is also diabetic and hypertensive, and both are under control. **My doubt is whether my father should get vaccinated or what precautions he need to take to get himself vaccinated. **These are list of medicine he is taking right now: 1) Ecosprin 20 (For Heart- blood thinner) 2) Amtas M 50 (For Heart) 3) Telmekind 80 ( Hypertension / Blood Pressure) 4) Glimmy M **My Father has been taking all above-mentioned medicines (same medicines) since his bypass surgery i.e, 2002. For diabetes the medicine (Glimmy M), he is having it from 2014. **Doctor, in the time of this pandemic crisis I request you to please let me whether my Father can take Covid Vaccine or not, and if yes, then what all precaution we must take/ maintain ? About 7 months agoMy father got bypass surgery treatment. Everything was ok after treatment but from few days or i must say from last two weeks he suddenly feel very week. He said I don't know what to do like subconscious or semiconscious . We consulted the doctor but he doesn't change any medication and the situation is still same . Please suggest us something that will help my father to recover fast ?

But pulse rate is falling gradually when he sleeps pulse rate is about 60 and as he sits it drains to 45. His body is very weak.. He can't even do exercise. Hello sister age 26 she was having fever since 5am fever came becoz she worked at home lot yesterday full day like washing clothes and cleaning home .. and she used dolo 650 tab as of now but fever up and down . Attached bp results pls tell is this normal or not . It not what is normal and what is Minimum fever temperature should be everyone pls tell ..
