Hi, I'm covid positive with mild symptoms, my spo2 level is 99 and PR pm is between 110-120. What should I do?

Just do workup ECG ECHO TROPONIN AND TSH. To rarely rule out myocarditis, isolated conduction involvement. Have seen patients with tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy improved with rate controlling and CHF measures.
