My heart beat fast
I am too confused b/w anxiety and heart issue ,I went for ecg and it's showing normal.
The while day my heart beat fluctuate and at night it totally in normal range while sleeping .I kept on checking and I feel sometime suffication ,pain in right,centre or left chest ,I went for chest xray along with crp all are normal .
Should I go for cardiology

Looks like anxiety only. You had mild covid infection.
If ECG is normal better take anxiolytics.
