My mother blood pressure suddenly became very high and heart beats loudly.she  also has a problem with thyroid and sugar

Monitor BP regularly morning and night 30 minutes after taking rest. Maintain record for 1 week. If coming high. Take consultation. Get thyroid profile, FBS, PPBS and HbA1c done. And consult doctor for medication changes
