Heart Problems & Remedies

My father had an operation of anjioplasty.. he is taking all this medicines. he has taken Texina 1 mg today. is there any risk of this tablet as he is an heart patient. and had an anjioplasty.

I hav hypothyroid since 8 years it  is in normal.for last year I hav irritable bowel syndrome gastroenterologist prescribed sarotena 10 mg tricyclic antidepressant tablet for 6 months.he tell continue for another 3 months but I had covid in October 2020 so I cant take any advice I suddenly stop taking antidepressant. After1 month I hav heart fluttering in morning and  fast heart beat 120-130bpm.bp is 120/80 or 122/83.chest pain left and some times  right and also discomfort in chest,short breath.I hav left side chest pain when I walk 5oom.I hav done ecg and echo mentioned sinus tachycardia.heart beat 130pm so doctor don't do tmt test giving 15 days prolomet xl 12.5 mg for 15 days.after 15 days do tmt.but my doubt is this sinus tachycardia and palpitation  is a life treating disease. ?It does not cures? After stop taking prolomet xl tablet  can increased my blood pr,now I hav normal level bp.life long should I take this medicine? Can I consult psychiatrist? Please reply attached report.

My father aged 69 is a CAD patient with DM2 and lv dysfunction. Is the condition really bad. If yes then what are my treatment option.

Yesterday done a ecg for very mild chest pain and ecg came as abnormal -infrolateral ischemia...... tmt came as borderline positive for inductive myocardial ischemia -10.1 Mts....attached ecg here with...

My mother is diabetic..she takes medicines like trajenta, obimet sr500, tonact10, stamlo 5 for high bp, and takes anti coagulant pradaxa..she has atrial fibrillation..is it ok for her to take the vaccine

I am taking VINICOR XL 25 MG from last 7 days for hypertension, I am observing that my resting heart beat reaches to 55 bpm ,before taking tablet my resting heart beat was above 90 , is it normal

Pain in left land and upper back ?? And sometimes it goes to upper chest and shoulder  itching type pain what is this it's happening since month and I done ecg and and test is normal and tmt test are also normal??
