I took taxim o tablet because my doc suggested it for a swollen lump on my forearm. As soon as I took my heart started racing. My heart  rate is around 120 and I had chest pressure due to excessive bloating. Why is it so? I stopped taking medicine because I was scared.

My resting heart rate(i.e when lying Or sitting) is always between 50-60, sometimes even 48-50 bpm..But whenever I stand up or does work it returns to normal. Did ecg, echo and thyroid profile.
