I suffered from DVT 5 years back after birth of my 2nd child. I took anticoagulant medicines for 2 years and was fine after that. Recent I conceived (4weeks) and have to for abortion. Please suggest if I shall opt for medical abortion or surgical abortion

Hello doctor i recently had piercing like pain in left upper chest and bottom of my left shoulder blade.. Consulted cardiologist , took ecg and echo . dr said everything is normal pain is due to muscle .. but when i saw my ecg it says abnormal ecg and nonspecific st abnormality.. i want to know if i should worry about it

I feel pain in my shoulder and when I press I feel pain . I am not sure if I have pain in my arms but I feel some discomfort  in my arms but not sure. what am i supposed to do...

I am suffering from suddenly palpitations in the heart and after palpitations start I get nausea, diarrhea, mild fever. ECHO, ECG, CBC, SOB, FREE RADICAL THYROID PROFILES are Normal. Doctor gave me Ciplar LA 20 for 6 months. But after finishing the medical course palpitations started again in the gap for 1-2 Months and last up-to 10 hours. Doctor said that it is due to Anxiety. He advised me to meditate sleep properly, avoid stress.I don't have any bad addiction now he is not giving me any Medication he is ask me to change my life style. I don't know what to do.

Hi doctor I got covid in April recovered in home isolation from then iam almost every day experiencing chest and left hand pain, I went to cardiologist she performed ecg and echo twice in two months but every thing is Normal, troponin I, d dimer and all general blood reports are normal. But I don't know why iam experiencing this pain from 6 months , it's mild but because of pain in chest region iam getting worried is it related to heart or gastric or any other problem . please help me in this . Visible and Palpable pulsations in left 2nd(outward thrust)  and 3rd(inward) intercostal spaces in supine position. Echo, ecg, and chest pa normal. Bloodwork show subclinical hypothyroidism, elevated uric acid and b12 deficiency RVSP = RAP + 20 Trivial tr & trivial pr. No other symptom except for mild sob on exertion. Is there anything to worry?
