Hello doctor, from may last week I got sudden heart palpitations and breathlessness. If I do  walking (slow) or yoga or some other task heart rate would be around 150-170+.. after consulting with cardiologist took Inderal 10mg for 2 months still no improvement. So dr suggested to switch to betacap tr 40 and daxid 25mg. still issue remains, sometimes at rest also heart rate get  increases.. My cardiologist said stress would be the reason for this. I wanna a know when it will get fixed. 31year old female , breastfeeding. Ps:My ecg,echo,thyroid and sugar levels are normal. Using my iWatch to monitor my heart rate..how accurate is that? Or i need to buy any other monitoring device

My BP measures 130/85 & today it went 140/100 my age is 38 & weight is 123 with height of 5'11". Sha I start with a Bp medicine. Please suggest

Is missing or skipped heart beat is dangerous If heart structure is normal , it is heart disease or palipitaion ?

My mother is taking Ganaton 50 and Omez 20 as she suffers frequently heartburn in between the breast and pain just on the backside of the neck after having evening snacks. We consulted gastroenterologist and he prescribed medicines Ganaton50 , 3 times a day and Omez 20, once a day before meal. It's been 2 days after taking medicine but the problem persists post evening snacks. Sometimes we have chowmein from restaurant as snack and sometimes just brown bread and peanut butter. Kindly help.

My LDL is 145 mg/dl. I dont smoke or drink and do moderate exercise. Can LDL be reduced? If yes, then how?

My husband has continuous high blood pressure between 165 to 175. Stamlo-5 tablets are also not helpful.

Hello doctor he has high bp and anxiety.echo also normal.sometimes he feels uneasy in chest slight pain in side of chest and sometimes gasping in breath little bit.

I was having high Sgpt And Sgot levels so i decided to work on my health and starting dieting and exercise, My cholesterol levels were normal before 2 months.Now after loosing 9kgs of weight in 2 months i repeated my lipid profile and Liver profile my Sgpt and SGot came as normal but now my cholesterol levels are elevated..Sr Cholesterol is 217 now and LDL is 166 now with normal Sr Triglycerides levels.After consulting with dr he said its normal to have elevated cholesterol levels due to weight loss..Now i consulted cardiologist he has recommended me to take statins which i dont want to opt for..need ur valuable suggestions. Age :- 32 yrs...Non Alcohalic..

Today I had chest pain and left shoulder pain got ecg..ecg, bp. SPO2 normal., They gave me sorbitrate Sublingual.. after 20 mints pain was resolved but I can't figure out if it was coz of medicine or not. I have a similar history of such pains and it gets better on its own without any medicine.. have got ecg + troponine three times in past year in ER.. TMT + echo done 2 year ago normal Also due to sorbitrate my legs head are paining badly. My heart is pounding madly n not going below 120 beats.. I haven't felt so sick with some medicine before... plz tell what to do

My kid is 2 year old, in his recent blood work his cholesterol levels have came way too high that normal range. Total cholesterol 232, LDH direct 186, non HDL 190. His BP was checked with a digital instrument which came 144/99. Please guide if it's a matter of concern, does it indicate any heart health issues. He is otherwise an hyperactive kid, but recently is getting tired really soon and having breathlessness when does some activities.
