Does this symptoms consider in heart attack as having chest pain and back left side. Feeling sometimes in a day

My mother underwent CABG surgery and id taking below medications dailt. Ceruvin A 75mg, Atorva 20mg, Telma 40, Janumet Is it safe for her to take Covaxin or Covishield caccines if she is taking those medicine?

Some sites are suggesting that resting heart rate is 60 to 100 and some are saying that 60 to 70 is resting heart. While normal walk or doing some work my heart rate will be more than 100 is it normal? Even cold and cough body pain time it is showing 118 reading in oximiter Is this normal?

I am 20 years old..i am getting palpitations and breathless and i am like having abnormal heart beat during which i feel breathlessess..it occurs sometimes in day and night..i once went to hospital and they gave me anxiety pills (ambulax)..
