Due to headache and tiredness checked blood pressure yesterday and found to be 160/100 and repeated today and the readings are 9 am 145/107 and 10 am 145 / 105 . ( all readings taken in clinic ) I am taking Cilacar T in morning since a month. TSH is 6.59 Serum Uric Acid is 7.9 I am told to try Telma AM in place of Cilacar T for a week. Persistent chest pain/tightness after covid on life side chest on and off. Aggravated when climbing stairs and walking fast. I take Telsar 40 mg for my BP. I had stress echo and 2D echo which came absolutely normal with EF 65 percent. Also calcium CT Score is zero. My cholesterol levels too under control. Is it still CAD because symptoms feel like it.
