  4. BP high since two days. Or let it be?

BP high since two days
I have been taking Telvas 40 for a month now and my BP ( i measure once in morning and once in night ) has been under 120-90. Since last two days its around 120/92 - 135/97. Should i increase my dosage or let it be ?
