  4. Cardiac issue. She is now in medication.

Hello sir/madam          My friend's mom has an heart enlargement issue.This issue is identified by them 10 years ago.....when she got this doubt means she is out of energy after small work and she is exhausted for little work so she has doubt and consulted an cardiologist and she is now in medication.she is mother of 2 kids...whether this issue is genetic r is there any chance that it  may effect any one of her kids in specific.?

Depends upon what kind of disease she has. There are many causes of heart enlargement. I need further details and her echo report to comment further
