I am 66 years old female.. ECG is normal but X ray is saying Cardiomegaly in report.. What does this mean? Also I have broken ribs 6th and 7th.. Do I have cardiac issues? Both ECG and X ray were done on the same day..

TMT report is positive wearing mask and in closed room of 5×5. Doc suggested angiography as there is TMT report is positive. Now there no any symptoms or problem. Chest was there 7 days back.
