My mother 80 years old suffered an heart attack last year on 07th June 2020 about 1.4 years back. An ECG was conducted next day with few tests. Her cholesterol was 215 Cardiologist was consulted who checked her with stethoscope gave her medications clopilet a 75/75, metolar xr 12.5, cardace 1.25, nitrolong 2.6 and injection clexane 0.6. Her cholesterol after one month became 118, sodium 141 and potassium 4.6. Dhe is having dyspepsia, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. She is on wheel chair bound. Owing to her age no surgery or angiography was done. Since then last one year she is regulary checked by cardiologist every 3 months and medicines r regular. Lipicure as 10/75, metolar xr 12.5, Cardace 1.25 and angiplat 2.5 For past few weeks she experiences dizziness and loss of strength once she gets up in the morning with headache. Not regular. No pain in chest or stomach for long. can some one guide on this.

Hello Dr, in my 2d echo Mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy has been detected, and rest parameters are normal. Also my ECG is normal. I'm already on arbitel 40 medicine. Kindly advise if this is a serious problem and can be reversed and managed ?

My echo & ct coronary is normal and tmt is positive. But i feel some discomfort on my left chest ,sholder,neck from stress( specially from emotional stress). Shortness of breath during hard exercises like running. Doctor suspect small vessel deases. Invasive angiography can predict it surely? This angiography is risky than profit? Stress related discomfortness improved not completely by anxiety medication.my risk factors are diabetes and elevated cholesterol. What's will be my procedure?

Is microvascular deases serious alike CAD? CT coronary can predict it? Angioplasty or any other sergery possible in india for MVD? Is it reversible?

Slow heart beat rate 50, cause low bp... Plzz say docter Some time I have chest pain also so many times ecg done doctor say nothing to worry.. In doing ecg I have full worry ecg says sinus tachycardia

My wife 30 yr, wt 61kg, No BP, No diabetes, hsCRP 4 (during her cycle), slightly higher lipid profile found Echo stress (TMT) Positive. Based on which Dr. Suggested to go for CT Angio which is found normal (in Aug 2021). Should we still be concerned. She is taking Atorvas 10 and Ecosprin 75 for last 1.5 month. Should we continue this. P.S.: Has family history of heart issue from paternal side. Also was asymptomatic COVID in March 2021.

I have been advised to change my bp med from Benidipine 4 mg to Tazloc 40 mg , is the dosage ok ? Also is therr any need to taper benidipine or can i just change change it instantly ?

Fever,Loss of appetite, diziness, bitter taste while eating, feel like vomit after eating ,lose 3 kg in 10 days, what should i do.? I am diabetic ,bp is normal
