Normal Sinus rhythm withsinus arrhythmia
My ECG report says this..is sinus arrhythmia a problem? Also says it is normal ECG. Do I need to do a echo ? Thanks

Sinus arrhythmia is a respiratory variation in heart rate . It's normal. Don't worry.
