Heart Problems & Remedies

We have been monitoring BP readings of my dad for quite some months now. The observation is that for say 26 days of the month, systolic BP is in 130s. However, suddenly for 3-4 days it tends to rise around 160s. Then again it gets back to normal after a few days. This monthly pattern is observed for past 3 months. What can be the reason of this? Is it something to worry about?

Lingering chest aches on and off for 8-9 months. Persistent for last 10-11 days especially while climbing up on stairs. Feel pressure on left chest side. Covid positive twice last time in April. TMT done twice in Apollo in this year. Came negative. Thrice ECHO. Came perfectly normal LVEF 60%. Also had stress Echo- Normal. CT coronary calcium score was zero. Been it ER many times in last 6-7 months, Twice in last 15 days. ECGs and Troponin came normal. Many cardiologists say that it is unlikely CAD probably post covid. But they say I can go for CT angiogram if I need to be sure but according to them that they are 99% sure that it will also come negative. I want to know do I need to go for CT angiogram ? I had my 3 CT scans this year only, twice HRCT ( for covid-normal) once for CT calcium score. So I'm apprehensive that this many CTs can harm me. I take metoprolol 25 mg for my slightly elevated BP. And I'm obese ( 182 CM and 98 KGs)

During first ecg it showed that abnornal q wave and left artial enlargement. This is taken during covid infection. After 2 months ecg shows all normal. Is this normal

For 56 year old male. Infected with covid and at that time ecg report shows abnormal q wave and left artial enlargement. After 2 months ecg shows all normal. Is this normal

My father had open heart surgery few years ago. Now Suffering with little bit chest pain last few days

Hello  Doctor, I felt palpation sometimes and Dizziness. My ECG and ECO is normal. Sugar is normal. I got CBC done, hemoglobin -13. 30 , RbC-4. 4 , Total Leucocyte-7. 16 , platelets- 194. Red meat, eggs are completely avoided from last 8 months. I am worried. Is it serious? Kindly guide.

My father Raghunath Sah, he is sufferin g from short breathing, cough with blood etc... Also s. g. p. t.  test is 297 iu/l.

Hello Dr. Skipped beat occasionally 3 to 4 a minute after that no sign and suddenly come after weak a month a year I check 2 years ago when first time my heart beat miss all teste lft,kft, echo tmt Yah, t-tropni test normal recent when my heart beat missed 24 to 25 in a minute I test echo but result normal plz check my echo I submit And plz give me advise that I am normal ? Or do my work and sports regularly or not ?

I take MIGRABETA TR , FLINIL40, AND CLONAZPAM TABLET After 2 year now this time I feel heart beat miss problem frequently I goes to immediately cardiologist and done my echo (I submit my echo plz check) reports normal after that dr give me etizola beta 0.25 after 2 month today I feel skipped beat 20 to 24 miss beat in a minute what can I do This is life threatening or not (plz answer this quetion ) My sodium level is 135.o My potttesium level is 3.5

I have a mild chest pain that comes and goes  on the upper left area neat breast bone that occur on same spot linearly from 2 to 3 days  whenever under stressed . Is this heart related or any other cause ?
