I had pain in middle of the chest, took ecg and it showed abnormal q wave in lead 3. I took ecg an year back and it showed same, then took a tmt and echo which showed normal. Please advise if I have to go through echo and tmt again.

Isolated lead q wave has no significance. Its a normal ECG. No need to repeat echo and TMT
