Is it ok to go for a walk on high bp
My bp is around 130/100 while sitting. Is it okay to go for a walk since it might rise further ? Or is it better to rest ?

Mild Chest pain. Borderline ECG
Hi doctor,
I've experienced a mild Chest pain for 2-3 hours continuously, And this is the first time I'm experiencing this kind of pain in heart. So I reached hospital immediately, took ECG (Report shows Borderline ECG and I've attached the same). Troponin-I test shows 0.01 ng/ml. On an average my heart beat is 95-110 bpm. Is there something to worry about?
Thankyou,
Regards,
Rajiv

Post operative af
My father 62' had laparotomy surgery for colorectal cancer, during recovery jn ICU he developed atria fibrillation. And Dr had prescribed blood thinners and beta blockers(eliquis5mg, metacord xl75, atorva). After 2 weeks in follow up visit they are asking to continue same tablets for 3 months. Is it mandatory? Or we can stop taking these tablets?

Abnormal ECG
I had severe diarrhoea and vommiting a couple of days ago. So while I was in the Emergency room they did multiple tests including an ECG as shown in the image. But it's showing a lot of abnormalities, the ECG shows acute heart attack if I'm not wrong. Should I repeat the ECG from some other diagnostic center?
