Is it ok to go for a walk on high bp
My bp is around 130/100 while sitting. Is it okay to go for a walk since it might rise further ? Or is it better to rest ?

You can go for a walk no problem. If BP is consistently high then you will need medicines

You can go for a walk regularly for 45 mins a day. Along with regular exercise, follow diet with reduced salt.
