General Surgery

Hi, I just went through an open right Inguinal Hernia surgery yesterday. I was willing to go through Lepo Surgery but due to Corona guidelines couldn't go through Lapo. Yesterday after surgery when I was shifted to Monitoring room where I spent some 3.5hrs as my right leg started moving after 3 hours. When I was shifted to General ward I was having pain on in operated area and I was given a pain injection. Today somehow I managed to get up from my bead at around 3pm after wearing a hernia supporter which doctor suggested me to wear for 2 3 months. Is it okay to wear the Hernia supported over the operated area or is it harmful to wear it? How long will the pain remain near the operated area as now also it pains alot when I try to get up from my bed to go to toilet. Thanks

I met with a small accident while riding a bicycle and injured my right knee. The doctor didn't stiched the would but just dressing was done. It took about 2 months for the wound to completely dry and now a keloid sort of formation appears at the place of wound ( it's now been 4months since injury). The uplifted skin patch pains even when slightly touched . What is the treatment for this?

I am having a ant bite type pain in abdominal area on right side from past 3 months, I thought of gynaecology problem as it was pelvic are but there is no problem of gynaecology, did sonography 2 times nothing is seen in it related to this pain rather than few follicles , that too dr said it's nothing to worry and it doesn't pain . Now this right side twitching pain is also felt on left side , left side is not that much but still can feel it as if something is itching over there, what can be the reason behind this all? I don't have any food issues or much constipation things, what can this type of feeling be?

Can CT scan detect abnormality or cancer in head or neck region or In the glands or need some other scans?

From past 2 weeks I'm having pain in my anus area when I sit for too long.I can sense that there is a small pimple like thing in that region. No blood in stool no pus formation.But when touch that pimple it hurts.

Hi doctor my son his 8 months baby we planned for cataract surgery yesterday but due to his body temperature of 37.3 degrees  they cancelled the operation. When I chk with my thermometer in under arm it shows 36.6...and my son is really had no symptoms for fever...  When I asked the reason with nurse she is not given proper reason..and I had had a. Doubt..  Moreover I am not professional If they cancellation reason.. Is really reasonable or not.. Pls suggest me...

Hi doctor I am 26 year old and mother of 5  month old son. I have been suffering from piles or fissure dont know for about a month . I have attached an image . there are lumps on anus. What medicine should i use for it . And what other things to know. Actually i feel pain while passing stool. But sometimes blood also occur. Apart of that i feel some niddle itching sensation while sitting. So please guide and suggest medicine to cure permanently. Hope you understand my problem .

9 month ago, surgeon remove Hemorrhoids with proper surgery, again there is increase of external  hemorrhoid, it doesn't cause any pain now but day by day it's size increase. General physician prescribed me Smuth cream but it does not show any result, Please suggest any way to shrink or cure the hemorrhoids. I don't want any surgery again.

I have been experiencing pain in my anus from the past 2 weeks.I can sense a small bump in my anus. No bleeding but only have pain

I had got a small wound due to nail scratch on my ankle... I ignored it... But it started getting worse and started paining... I had taken antibiotics with doctor consultation for 5 days but then also it is not healing...i don't have any blood sugar history... Plzz help
