General Surgery

Had already posted this question before, re-posting it as many doctors wanted a picture of the lump. I get recurring lumps in my armpit. The lumps are sized bigger than a grape or marble and is hard and painful! The lumps occur on both sides. The lumps stays on for 2 weeks and then subsides a bit. Within few days, it flares up again. At this point it is difficult to move my arms cause of the pain. Sometimes the pain radiates to my arms and shoulders. One lump in right side formed pus and is leaking pus for over 2 months without a break. Have taken 1 course of Augmentin 625 mg (twice a day for 5 days last week) but lumps are still persists! Have taken other antibiotics over the years for this problem but no response. None of the other lumps have formed pus. The lumps are not visible in the pictures but while touching it feels big and deep! FYI, my mom had Lymph node (node) TB last year and is done with the treatment!

Today I'm tested for hiv 4th generation AB/AG test...I had tested after 4 months of exposure...my result is pending but the 4th generation test accurate after 4 months???

Now in pain..any medicine to minimize the pain, that i may walk/drive going to hospital or clinic. this pain was more than 2hours pagkatapos ko mag c.r.

Hi it's been long time I think I feel right leg is bit thicker (from thigh to knee part) than the other leg, at the moment on the area above knee on right leg is more swelling, what it could be ?

Need suggestions what plan of action taken as per records for dad. my dad was daily acholcol. is that surgery mandortory or other wise curable with tablets.

What is necrosis at Nape of neck . In my usg report at nape of neck it is found a small chronic inflamatory lesion. Enclosed the usg report & current picture of affected area. Is it serious anything? The swelling has been persist since last 9 months . No fever , No other swelling, No other physical problem.

I was having gluteal abscess due to injection.but in Feb it was drained out. Again it reoccurred in March but with treatment it ruptured. Now it is not painful but some times clear white liquid drains out from it. No fever but I m worried. Also having fungal infections on side of it as u can see it clearly in picture Kindly suggest me what to do as can't visit any surgeon due to containment zone. .

Sir Since 2-3 months there is bleeding during stool pass without any pain, lots of blood comes during stool pass & clotted blood also comes, & also have loose motion since 2-3 months without any pain in stomach, Sir is it piles or any other disease??? Sir please tell me the name of speciality of doctor which comes under this type of bleeding problem. Sir please suggest me in best way & also tell which type of test I have to do for this in pythalogy???

Lump like swelling in the inner aspect of the arm where we flex movable pain since week not frequent though lump present since many month not able to lift the weights .
