General Surgery

Previously there were few sub centimetre lymph nodes in para umbical region and right iliac region. In recent ultrasound reports are normal but still I am feeling pain in my stomach specially after eating something.

Ichy anus ,inflamation and 2 boil on Anus . Vulvar iching ,no abnormal discharge   No constipation ,no bleeding . Continues itching .prickling sensation. Tried Albendazole tablet , candid  cream but didn't work . scratching further increasing ichiness. Very depressed.

Good evening As i got an scratch from street dog and undergone vaccinations on 0 3 7th day and my 28th day sceduled on aug 1. Between these days an another unknown street dog chased me while i driving my bike and i got wounded and cleaned the wound nearby by water and soap and went for hospital. Again i taken my 0 3 7th day vaccine this week.i have taken those dose due to sudden fear. Is that any danger for me. I am really worried.

How can we get rid of fissure..if anus is in problem means is there any chance of having problem in urination also..

Do the immediate surgery is required in case of mild strain in case of umbilical hernia or it can be avoided by medicine for the time being and can be performed later.. can the strain can be due to gastric & other reasons not due bowl movement .. plz suggest

My father is a fifty six years old with alcohoilc or eat tabaco, he has no diabetes, not have BP thyroid disease, he gets balck patch typ wound on leg in every rainy season with complaint of swelling,itching and bleeding.Please help us to diagnose it and treat it.And i also attached the picture of that wound... plz give me tretment to cure this at home and it will never get back in life

I have diabetes. 15 days ago injured my heels by slipped in stairs. I have taken zerodol sp, applied proxym gel. But still having pain.please suggest appropriate medicine.

If pain is there in stool means is it constipation or piles problem..but no blood is there in bowl ...
