General Surgery

Good evening i am undergoing arv vaccine and i completed my first dosage 3 7 28 are scheduled next. Today i got wounded in leg by an unknown street dog. I washed it with soap. Do i need to start vaccine again. Is there any validity duration for arv injection.

My cbc was normal, vitamin D was normal, ra factor was normal and anti ccp was negative. But hla b27 was positive and vitamin b12 is 1121. I was taking methycobalmin injection for past 1 year. Left it taking 2 mnths back. May I know why vit. B12 is this high and what should I do?

My father had a surgery for removal of a tumor around lips and two weeks ago and was put on a food pipe for fluids intake in nostril. We are going for another surgery for lymph nodes in neck and found covid posotive. Hence surgery is portponed and also the pipe removal. We need assistance if we could remove the pipe ourselves.

I get recurring lumps in my armpit. The lumps are sized bigger than a kidney bean (like a grape) and is hard and painful! The lumps occur on both sides. The lumps stays on for 2 weeks and then subsides. One lump in right side formed pus and is leaking pus for over 2 months. Have taken 2 courses of Augmentin 625 mg but lumps are still there! None of the other lumps have formed pus.

I got my esr test done it is 117. May I know is it something to worry about or why is it this high. I am having degenrative disc issue also.

Nodular swelling movable but comes to same location pain not frequent, not able to lift the weights . Pain started since week evne though swelling present since many months

There lump developed under the skin of left side of ribs which is painless and moveable when pressed with fingers I want to get it diagnosed and check if it's any kind of tumor

I feel dizziness while standup, constant feet burning sensation , fever , inner cheek pain and outer cheek having irritation at some point ,teeth and gum pain,roof pain ,fatigue, sometime pain in throat and tonsil area.i had b12 deficiency and it treated by 5*1.5 ml injection, that time b12 level is 95 pg/ml.
