Previously 2 yr ago my wife got fissure in ano that recover completely with two skin tags but now from last 10 days she got a new lump/pile/fissure or something other that cause pain during stool.She take cremaffin syrup 15 ml and polyethylene glycol 1 spoon at night since from last 7 days but still the motion is hard and dry.please suggest some remedy or medecines.please look at the image and suggest.Is it pile or fissure.

Is starr surgery for complete rectal prolapse a major surgery or minor surgery. When i will be Completely recovered. Will i be able to join my defence training after 5 months and surgery as my medical test is after 2 months.

If i hd complete rectal prolapse and correct it with starr surgery. Will i be able to join defence after 4 months.

I have recently diagnosed with fibroadenoma their are total four lumps out of which only one has taken out(5×3)cm . All others are in small in size so it is possible to treat them with medicine or surgery will be necessary ?? . I'm adding biopsy report with this.
