Hello,
Scar tenderness is seen early post operative period but it is this late you may want to look at other causes like delayed irritation of skin, nerve entrapment, bowel adhesion.
To rule out any physical abnormalities get a scan done. If it is a persistent issue then you may want to evaluate further the pain due to negative feed back.
Next Steps
get an ultrasound scan done

See there is chance of hernia
Or may be nerve trapped
Causing pain
So kindly elaborate the post operative period history
And get one USG abdomen
Review with report
It's quite possible you might be having your small gut adhesions at scar mark....or you might be devoloping incisional hernia....
If your bowel habbits are normal then it's probably inciepeint hernia, get a high defination USG of that area or a CT scan of lower abdomen ...
