I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge. No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 🙏😭

Dealing with multiple anal procedures is physically and emotionally exhausting, and it is completely understandable that you want to avoid another invasive surgery. Because you currently have no active pain, discharge, or bleeding, you can and have the time to evaluate carefully, and focus on conservative management.
1. Clarify the Diagnosis Before Deciding on Treatment:
* Granulation vs. Fistula-- will require examination by a general surgeon.
*Get an MRI Fistulogram or Endoanal Ultrasound.
2. Non-Surgical Management & Healing Support:--
*Warm Sitz Baths: Soak in plain warm water for 10â15 minutes, 2â3 times daily.
* Prevent constipation--Soluble fiber supplements (e.g., Psyllium husk taken with ample water).Mild osmotic stool softeners (such as Lactulose or Polyethylene Glycol).
*Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
*Nutritional Recovery: Weight loss and physical weakness directly impair tissue regeneration. Prioritize a high-protein, nutrient-dense diet.
3. Word of Caution---Seek prompt medical evaluation if you develop any features of infection. (fever, progressive throbbing pain, foul-smelling discharge, or swelling in the perianal area).
